our journey with earth medicines?
for deeper inner exploration: this ancestral medicine can celebrate the range -- from dark to light. so we will share this space together while you illuminate parts of your psyche that have been largely hidden
we will journey with mdma, mushrooms, and cannabis throughout our time together. our journeys are in the evening, followed by food and rest. in the morning, we return to circle, eat, integrate and connect.
we will follow up with extended integration for three weeks.
an important element of your experience is to feel well nourished and well rested, so we ask that you focus on rest leading up to ceremony and we will support that for you while you are with us.
preparing your vessel
Preparation is a crucial part of your safety and optimal benefit of our ceremony. During these days coming into the ceremony, there are ways you can prepare your body, mind and spirit in order to come into the right harmonics with this medicine.
Augmenting your diet slightly in the days leading up with greatly increase your chance for a full and positive experience.
Beneficial food choices to prepare your body for your journey would include:
-- nutritive herbs : nettles, oats, red raspberry leaf etc.
-- dark leafy greens
-- bone/ nutrient dense broths
-- vitamin c rich fruits/ vegetables
-- mineral-rich foods
If possible, avoiding/ reducing Tyramine-rich foods can assist you in having a safer and more fulfilling ceremony.
We ask that you do your best to abstain from heavy alcohol, pharmaceuticals (unless necessary), excess sugar, cannabis or caffeine within 72 hours of your travel.
preparing your life
-
it's recommended that you be intentional with your sexual energy, if it feel right, you can harness the energy within yourself or only share with worthy folks
-
replace violent/ triggering media and outside influences with introspection and creativity (fasting from socials can be beneficial)
-
stay in an intentional space of prayer and meditation as much a possible and consider the questions
WHY AM I COMING?
WHAT INSIGHTS AM I SEEKING?
WHO AM I PRAYING FOR?
HOW DID I GET TO THIS MOMENT?
we encourage you to take the time to write these down and think on them, this will anchor your actions + commitments
your preparation will reveal
how the journey and integration will be
REVIEW THE SONGBOOK AND CARRY A SONG WITH YOU , books may be available at the ceremony
