welcome, this is an important time
i created this ritual 9 years ago,
and now i share it with you
an answer to what is happening in the world of mushwombs
as mushwombs are moving through every space, we are holding the vision that sacredness, respect, ritual and ceremony remain intact
you don't have to appropriate when you CREATE
i received this specific way of drinking almost 9 years ago, in the fall of 2014 in Sedona, AZ and have been sitting this way ever since, in groups, in one on one journeys and in solo experiences
this video was recorded summer solstice 2020, as part of a virtual summer-time journey that i put together for some friends because we didn't want to miss our quarterly mushwomb journey
and now, i share it with you.

i will be teaching a class soon around crafting your own ritual, creating something special for yourself and your own community, beyond the 9 cup journey, but i feel that it is time to share this
it has been hard to know to trust,
it has been hard to be a teacher and watch my students go on and offer,
